My Top 3 Outdoor Activities and Bags to Match

Working out is my lifestyle but workouts don't always have to be in a fluorescent lit gym. Taking workouts outdoors when I can has been a game changer for me. I love feeling the morning sun on my face, the slight breeze, and the fresh air. Today I want to talk about my favorite outdoor activities and the Buhi bags I use for each activity.

1. Yoga+Rooftop Tote
Yoga on the beach is my number one favorite activity to do outdoors. I feel so much more at peace and connected to the world around me. Yoga is already about grounding yourself so it feels natural to take yoga outside. The rooftop tote by Buhi is an amazing bag and is able to fit my yoga mat with ease. It also can fit a towel and swimsuit incase I want to take a dip after my yoga session. Typically I do this activity at sunset or sunrise. Seeing the beauty of the sky changing just really resonates with me.

2. Hiking+Atlas Duffle
Hiking has been so fun for the Saturdays I have off. I love exploring State Parks around me and seeing beauty that I would never have known was there. My Atlas Duffle has straps that can make it a duffle bag or a backpack. For hiking I use the backpack mode. It carries my water and hiking snacks. Hiking has shown me how rewarding it is to make it to the top and complete your journey. I recommend everyone to spend time exploring what is around them no matter where they live.

3. Biking+American Dream Backpack
Biking is the best workout that can take you far. I love going on 20 mile bike rides and along the way stopping at a coffee shop or towards the end getting ice cream. When you are on a bike it shows how much more ground you can cover and has given me confidence in what my body can do. I use the American Dream Backpack because its a lightweight backpack that sits comfortably on my back. Most of the time I just keep my water, some snack, and wallet in my backpack. My friends and I have formed a biking group for every Sunday afternoon. Biking is more than just physical activity, it's a community.

Taking physical activity outdoors has been a great way for me to have a different outlook on working out. I have grown so much as a person and had a mindset growth. Each activity teaches me to strive for something greater in life. I challenge everyone reading this to get outdoors. Don't let you mind stop you from doing more than what you are capable of!
